Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is why we have an informal chat before anything else. You hear my voice, get a sense of how I work. From this chat you will get a feeling as to whether I am someone you could feel safe with and get a sense of space for you to talk. After the discovery call there is no obligation for you to proceed with me.

  • Yes. Although there is no pressure to. Some choose to have one session first, then they go on to block book. Others know that there will be a need for more than one and feel comfortable to do so straight from our discovery call. During some sessions – some are so amazed with the change that they find additional things that they’d like to work on and so go on to block book more sessions. But it really is in your hands and can be discussed on a regular basis.

  • I take payment when you tell me you want to book a session or block book sessions. If you chose to block book 3 or 6 sessions, I take payment for all sessions up front and we schedule all those sessions in.

  • I take payment via bank transfer – my sort code and account number will be sent to you after the Therapy Agreement has been signed.

  • Usually, a week apart. Some prefer every other week. It is personal preference. Further than two weeks apart is not recommended.

  • That is fine! Things come up, that’s life. I do ask that you give me 24 hours notice if possible. I am happy for you to reschedule each appointment up to two times.

  • Generally, no. But of course, there may be extenuating circumstances in which we may need to consider another course of treatment. I am a reasonable person. I have not had the need arise to date.

  • Being raised with bible teachings has given me a strong basis for understanding those in spiritual conflict and needing support for their priorities in this area of their life.

  • I have availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9:30am and 8:45pm (BST). However, I can be flexible for some weekends and if you are in a different time zone, please just ask.

  • Yes. I love working with people from all countries. It is important that you have a good grasp of the English language.

  • I have a Master & Advanced Clinical Diploma in NLP & Coaching and am a Professional member of the ANLP association. I am fully insured as an NLP Practitioner, am GDPR registered with ICO and have an enhanced DBS check.

Let’s start a powerful conversation to inspire change

Sometimes you might not actually know what’s wrong but your body is doing the talking – it will be letting you know something hasn’t been dealt with or you’re not paying enough attention to something by showing up as physical symptoms. This is particularly important to resolve.
